If you haven’t recieved what you need, We’re here to make it right. Whether that be a technical fix for a model, a different file format or a refund. Contact our support team via email hollie@designf9.com within 30 days of your purchase, and let us know what you need.

We’ll grant a full refund: 

• If your download is broken or misrepresented

• If you did not download your purchase

We’ll give you an exchange: 

• If you accidentally purchase the wrong model and downloaded it

  Please note: Design f9 reserves the right to limit or decline refunds or exchanges for downloads that are not faulty or that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
